Send a wish or report a problem in the app
Open Settings → Feedback & support to make a wish, report an issue, or read our replies. Your email and diagnostic attachments are optional. Clients with the log-redaction notice replace log messages with *** before upload; text and images you add are not automatically redacted. Older clients may attach original logs. Conversations remain visible for 30 days after creation; hiding or deleting them in the client does not delete server records. See our Privacy Policy for retention and deletion requests. If your app does not have this entry or cannot open, email [email protected]. A response-time promise is not published, so nothing here claims one.
